Naturopathy takes a natural approach to healthcare – recognising nature’s innate power to heal and using what nature provides to ensure patients have what they need to heal themselves.

Each patient is treated as a whole, taking into consideration physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Naturopathy intends to uncover and treat the underlying cause of any symptoms and to assist patients back to health using nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and supplementation.

Naturopathy is committed to do no harm and so no treatment will create other conditions.

A naturopath will also focus on preventing disease by removing toxic substances and situations from a pateient’s life and will empower patients to take responsibility for their own health by teaching self-care.
